Paying

We have a number of methods by which we accept payment for cleaning.

By Bank Transfer

To pay by bank transfer please use our banking details as supplied on our invoice once we have completed all contracted works. Please ensure you use the first line of your address as reference so we can identify your payment and credit it to your account.

Debit and Credit Cards.

We accept payment for cleaning using the payment service Stripe – allowing you to pay with ease using a debit or credit card over the phone if you don’t happen to be in when we call.

GoCardless – Auto-Pay

GoCardless is a UK Online Direct Debit Provider founded in Jan 2011. Customers that opt for this method of payment will face fewer price increases.

In order to improve and streamline our services, we are now offering to all of our customers our secure GoCardless Direct Debit payment system.

Payments are only collected after we have cleaned your windows – approximately 5 days after the clean.

• This is not a monthly Direct Debit.
• We do not share your personal details with any 3rd parties.

Cheque Payment

If you are not in when we visit and you would like to pay by cheque please post your cheque to the following address:

OAKLEY CLEANING – 22, Hill Road, Oakley, Basingstoke, Hants. RG23 7HR

ensuring it is made payable to OAKLEY CLEANING for the outstanding amount and that your address is written on the rear of the cheque so we are able to identify it and credit it to your account.

Our terms are 30 days for commercial clients and 7 days for domestic.
